How to Create a New-Owner Orientation Program for Your HOA

An HOAleader.com Webinar for Condo and HOA Boards

Thursday, June 18, 2015THIS THURSDAY!
2-3 p.m. Eastern
Dear ,

Want a peaceful community filled with happy owners? You'll be well on your way to achieving that goal if you educate owners and set expectations from the moment they show interest in your community. The smart way to do that is with a new-owner orientation program.

Join us for a valuable and practical webinar on June 18 to find out how to create a new-owner orientation program at your community from a knowledgeable community association manager and an experienced community association lawyer.

You'll learn:
  • How you can begin planting the seeds for a new-owner orientation even before people purchase a home in your association
  • The best methods for presenting a new-owner orientation, whether that's in writing through a manual, at a quarterly meeting for all recent owners, or one-on-one with a great ambassador for your community
  • Insights on whether you can require owners to attend new-owner meetings and, if not, ways to encourage voluntary participation
  • Information to help you create an outline of key topics to cover in the orientation, including specific messages to get across within each of the critical areas of discussion
  • Tips to make your presentation more effective
  • Time-saving tools, like a sample code of conduct, new-owner checklist, and sample forms—all of which you can customize to your association
  • Suggestions to positively field the most common questions owners will raise during orientation
  • And much more!

In just 60 minutes, you'll get great information you can use to educate new owners on the path toward a positive working relationship with your HOA. The 60-minute session also includes time for you to ask the experts questions about your particular challenges. Register now for this practical and helpful event for community association board members.

How Do Webinars Work?
A webinar is remarkably cost-effective and convenient. You participate from your home or office, using a regular telephone and a computer with an Internet connection. You have no travel costs, hassle, or commute time.

Plus, for one low price, you can get as many people on your condo or HOA board to participate as you can fit around a speakerphone and a computer screen.

And now, with our special group membership offer, your entire board can attend—even from different locations. This offer requires an HOAleader.com Group Membership. When any group member orders, we will set up access for the entire group. Up to 10 users can attend for one low price. It's another incredible deal as part of HOAleader.com Group Membership.

Because the conference is live, you can ask the speakers questions via the webinar interface. Many attendees tell us this is the most valuable part of the webinar.

You will receive access instructions via e-mail several days before the event. You don't need any additional materials before the webinar starts. Your conference materials will be available for you to view, print, and download when you log in to participate in the event.
Attend with Confidence
