Joshua Krut is chair of the community association, club and resort practice group at the law firm of Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman PL in Coral Gables, Fla. His serves as outside general counsel to community associations totaling more than 20,000 units, including condominium associations, hotel-condominium associations, homeowners' associations, cooperatives and timeshares, as well as equity clubs and privately held hotels and resorts. Krut, who was named a Florida SuperLawyer Rising Star from 2009-2014 , earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1998.

Justin Park is a partner at Romero Park PS, a Seattle law firm, and is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in both Washington and Utah. He has a broad legal practice that includes advising both homeowners in disputes against their association and homeowners' associations, including a lengthy representation of one of Washington state's largest condo associations. Park has appeared before courts like the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court. Park earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1998.
