LSM, PCAM, has more than 25 years of experience in common-interest community management. Smith is currently an on-site general manager for a large-scale HOA in Williamsburg, Va., and was previously the regional director for a large management company overseeing three satellite offices and staff. Earlier in Smith's career, she served as a portfolio manager that included condo associations and HOAs. Smith is past president of the Southeastern Virginia chapter of the Community Associations
Institute's board of directors and has served on various SEVA-CAI committees. During her career, SEVA-CAI has named four communities she's managed "community of the year" and has recognized another for as having produced the newsletter of the year. Smith holds a Virginia real estate broker's license and currently serves as president on a HOA board in North Carolina.
